You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. Our services are designed specifically for the Indonesian market and are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indonesian law. You represent and warrant that you are not legally prohibited from gambling and that using ker4d services does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
Each player is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. If you forget your account credentials, contact customer support rather than creating a new account.
To create a ker4d account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
ker4d operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (KTP), proof of address, and photographic verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ker4d customer support immediately.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or account verification is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. All withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your legal name.
ker4d supports deposits via Indonesian local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and others) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposit accounts must be registered in your legal name matching your ker4d account.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 10.000 to Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits depend on your account verification status and payment method. VIP account holders may have higher limits. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Most deposits are credited to your account instantly or within minutes. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours. If your deposit is delayed beyond this timeframe, contact customer support with transaction details.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts during business days. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits when possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 50.000.

Each promotion has specific terms including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Players must read and understand bonus terms before claiming any offer.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Typical requirements range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.
ker4d reserves the right to revoke bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be abusing promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and any form of fraudulent activity.
While an active bonus is in your account, maximum bet limits apply. Typically, the maximum bet is Rp 25.000 per spin/hand/bet when playing with bonus funds. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and winnings cancellation.
All ker4d casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined independently of previous results and cannot be manipulated by ker4d or players.

Sports betting is subject to specific rules regarding bet acceptance, settlement, cancellations, and disputes. Bets are settled based on official results from governing sports bodies. ker4d reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, match-fixing suspicions, or technical malfunctions.
In the event of game disconnection, incomplete game rounds are typically held in the system and can be completed upon reconnection. If a malfunction voids all pays and plays, affected bets will be refunded. ker4d is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:
ker4d strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues without prior notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
ker4d is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service partners. We are not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ker4d's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and for managing your gambling activity within your means.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures and wagering requirements.
ker4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or any other reason deemed appropriate. In cases of account closure for rule violations, ker4d may forfeit account balances.
Accounts with no activity (no logins or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees. We will attempt to notify you before applying such fees.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to offshore gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Where local Indonesian law conflicts with these terms, ker4d operates under its international licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between you and ker4d, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
Any claim or dispute arising from your use of ker4d services must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims not brought within this period are waived.
